Offshore in crystal clear waters snorkelers will swim over reefs with beautiful fans, Brain coral and coral forests. It is not uncommon to spot sea turtles swimming with schools of Angel and Parrot fish. The southern coast of Vieques boasts a string of ‘Off the beaten path’ bays and inlets accented by one stunning, sandy beach after another. We can visit Punta Arenas, an excellent spot for beach exploration, some family-friendly snorkeling and views of the mainland with El Yunque across the water.
